- SIM221 comes with an LCD size of 4.3″
- SIM321 comes with an LCD size of 5.0″
- SIM521 comes with an LCD size of 7.0″
SIMx21 modules are supported by TouchGFX (only 5.0″ and 7.0″ screens).
